Rohini Subramanian is a seasoned professional with over 17 years in the domains of Physical Security, Training, Security Management, Risk/Crisis Management, Security Audits and Corporate Environment.

Her comprehensive expertise is bolstered by prior experience with the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security – as a certified Aviation Security Instructor. Rohini’s core strengths lie in her ability to establish Security Operations processes and procedures from the ground up. This includes the full spectrum of security planning risk policy formulation, asset and employee protection, compliance, and security incident investigations. She possesses an innate talent for crafting and implementing security strategies that ensure the utmost safety and security for organizations. Rohini’s rich industry exposure encompasses both the Aviation and Corporate sectors, particularly in the realm of physical security and as an BCAS certified Instructor.

Her notable past associations include renowned organizations such as Microsoft, Cargo Service Centre India Pvt. Ltd, IndiGo, Kingfisher, Pakistan Airlines, Sri Lankan and Indian Airlines.

During her tenure in Aviation Industry, she secured the top position as the highest scorer in the AVSEC (Aviation Security) Instructor exam certified by BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) in 2019.

She was honoured with the “Best Girl Power” trophy and “Security Star” Award by IndiGo Airlines in 2015, 2018 and 2019.

She has also participated virtually in the Peace Operations Specialized Training in Civilian Services under the United Nations.
