Syrian Government and Kurdish Forces Reach Ceasefire Deal After Clashes

The Syrian government and the main Kurdish group, Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), have announced an agreement for a ceasefire and the integration of Kurdish civilian and military authorities under the central government.
