Kyiv was targeted by multiple Russian drone and missile strikes in the early hours of 14 November, resulting in at least five casualties and 34 injuries. The strikes damaged numerous high-rise residential buildings, a medical facility, and critical heating infrastructure, causing power and water disruptions in parts of the capital. Operations are underway to rescue people trapped under rubble or in fire-affected buildings
