A mass stabbing occurred aboard an LNER train traveling from Doncaster toward London King’s Cross, shortly after departing Peterborough on 01 November. The police initially detained two suspects but later announced that only one person – a 32-year-old British man – was being treated as a suspect. 11 people were injured during the attack, with one member of the train staff sustaining life-threatening injuries.
