South Korean President Lee Jae Myung is scheduled to visit Singapore and the Philippines in the first week of March to expand the country’s bilateral ties. President Lee will visit Singapore from 01-03 March and meet Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and President Tharman Shanmugaratnam. The leaders are expected to discuss cooperation in trade, investment, and artificial intelligence. President Lee will then visit the Philippines from 03-04 March to hold a summit with Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr to discuss defence industry cooperation, infrastructure projects, nuclear energy, and critical minerals.
