China is set to host a political and security summit in Tianjin from 31 August to 01 September. The meeting, which is part of a Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit, will be attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, UN Secretary-General António Guterres, and over 20 other heads of government. This gathering aims to strengthen China’s regional influence and promote stability and cooperation.
