United States President Trump announced that he would not impose tariffs on members of the European Union, as the US is exploring a potential future deal regarding Greenland with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). The decision comes after a meeting between President Trump and Secretary General of NATO Mark Rutte. The deal could possibly include mineral rights and collaboration between the US and European allies for the Golden Dome defence system.
