Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Role:

We are currently seeking a Zoho CRM Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our Zoho CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Zoho CRM functionalities and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing CRM systems to meet business objectives. As a Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, enhancing user experience, and maximizing the value of our CRM investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize, configure, and optimize Zoho CRM to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and provide expert guidance on CRM best practices.
  • Design and implement workflows, automation, and custom modules to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other business systems, such as marketing automation platforms, accounting software, and customer support tools.
  • Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of Zoho CRM features and functionalities.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to address technical challenges.
  • Stay updated on the latest Zoho CRM features, enhancements, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.

Skillsets:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience.
  • Expertise in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM, including modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and reports.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizations and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Zoho CRM certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer, Zoho Certified Administrator) are a plus.
