UX/UI Developer

Role:

As a Senior UI/UX Developer at MitKat Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of our products. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

User Interface Design:

  • Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing look and feel.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing designs.

User Experience Design:

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and other UX deliverables.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices within the organization.

Interaction Design:

  • Design and implement interactive elements and user flows to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the seamless integration of design components into the final product.

Responsive Design:

  • Implement responsive design principles to create interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment between design and business goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
  • Continuously evolve and improve design processes within the team.
