The TCC Shift Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the deployment and performance of the
TCC team, specifically focusing on transport operations and crisis management. The successful
candidate will serve as the primary point of contact during critical transport-related situations,
ensuring smooth operations and effective resolution of issues. Additionally, they will be responsible
for maintaining detailed shift reports, tracking transport metrics, managing complaints/ alarms,
managing internal customers, facilitating seamless handovers to ensure continuity of travel
operations, compliance, and to work towards minimal transport related adverse incidents.
