We’re seeking a skilled SOC Shift Lead to manage the Security Command & Control Centre operations in Mumbai.
Role Overview
As a SOC Shift Lead, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Security Command Centre, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all information in line with quality standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and operate the Security Command Centre, focusing on CCTV surveillance, access management, and tools like Lenel.
Support Incident Management, addressing major incidents per the Major Incident Management process and supporting lesser incidents.
Monitor the external environment, generate periodic security reports, analyses, and advisories.
Communicate effectively in emergencies, analyze situations quickly, and initiate or escalate responses as needed.
Stay updated with industry practices and participate in role-plays and exercises for emergency preparedness.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years in Corporate Security.
Experience with Veracity software, Ccure, Lenel, or similar tools.
Proficiency in producing high-quality written reports and security briefs.
Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
