He would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Client’s Command Centre. This will include:
Monitoring of alarms of general/restricted/critical doors and related devices
Timely escalation and follow-up of actual alarms and false alarms into the system, via e-mails and phone call as may be necessary.
Check all CCTV live view and recordings (clarity, blurred image, angle etc.). Update tracker for any CCTV related issues and also escalate the same to technical team for rectification.
Monitoring adverse events and incidents in India (specific to Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi & Chennai) ensuring prompt escalation to the Global Security Mangers.
Manage e-mails/calls related to access control/cards printing/card issuance/new joining & induction for new & existing employees.
Access card management to include maintain an inventory of blank access cards, reconciliation of temporary cards, printing and issuance of ID cards to employees.
Maintain records for Access card form & Temp card form; to be shared by respective location/building wise on weekly basis for audit check.
Support on ground security on any access related queries.
Assist in other administrative matters as assigned by Global Security management.
Qualification:
Minimum qualification required is Bachelors in any stream (would prefer commerce background
Well organized with ability to multi-task
Excellent observation skill and ability to work under pressure
Should have good Computer Skills
Should be fluent in verbal and written English (would prefer candidates from English Medium
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Prior experience in similar profile will be preferable
