Job Summary

The Protective Services Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing executive protection and event security operations while also being capable of delivering hands-on EP services when required. The role demands strong operational experience, local knowledge of Mumbai, and the ability to manage protective resources, logistics, and stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage executive protection and event security operations, advance work, and movement planning
  • Personally conduct EP when required, including close protection and secure transportation
  • Conduct threat and risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures
  • Liaise with clients, drivers, local vendors, and security teams to ensure seamless protection
  • Oversee scheduling, deployment, and quality control of EP resources
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, reporting standards, and client expectations
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience in Executive Protection (EP) with prior hands-on field exposure.
  • Experience coordinating or supervising protective services operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Mumbai routes, venues, and local security dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is desirable), situational awareness, and decision-making skills.
  • From an armed forces (special forces preferable) or core physical security background.
  • Willingness to travel at short notice within the country or abroad as required.
