Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver projects related to physical Security.
  • Ensure projects comply with the company's Program and Project Management Policy and relevant guidelines.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation and reports.
  • Confirm project scope, infrastructure requirements, timelines, and funding.
  • Adjust project plans based on changes or risks.
  • Escalate risks and issues to senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Document changes and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Manage project priorities, financial tracking, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Facilitate team discussions and vendor meetings; track and follow up on action items.
  • Represent project needs in larger project meetings.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in subject domain
  • Proven experience with security technology projects and international teams.
  • Strong financial and risk management skills within the Project Management domain.
  • Experience with virtual teams and remote management.

Required Skills:

  • Project Management skills is a must.
  • Strong planning, financial management, and communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic database management.
  • Knowledge of information security, access management, and change management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, surveillance, biometric systems, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (PMP or CAPM) is preferred.
  • Other industry standard Project Management certifications such as Prince-2 or PMA will be considered as an alternative.
