MitKat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. The KAM will be the principal liaison between our esteemed Client and MitKat, ensuring seamless administration and exceptional service delivery in line with contract SLAs and KPIs.
Role Overview: As the KAM, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of approximately 100 security personnel stationed at various client locations. Your role is pivotal in managing the delivery of high-quality services, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring seamless service delivery and addressing any issues.
Oversee and manage the performance and administration of a large team of security personnel.
Monitor and manage attendance, shift schedules, and ensure adherence to role-based training requirements.
Maintain clear communication with deployed teams across multiple cities and coordinate with recruitment, performance monitoring, and training functions.
Prepare and present reports for Monthly and Quarterly Reviews, and maintain up-to-date contingency plans for all locations.
Implement and manage a digital attendance system linked to invoicing to ensure accurate salary payouts.
Assist in the preparation of error-free invoices and compliance documents.
Address and escalate grievances reported by the MitKat team to maintain team motivation and performance.
Identify and manage talent, ensuring effective talent identification and management strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
8+ years of experience in Corporate Security with leading Security Manpower Agencies.
