Job Description

The role will be focused on helping to build and implement an existing ‘Physical Security Engineering Design and Project Management’ business pipeline, assisting in developing prospects and generating qualified meetings to produce new revenue efficiently in India, Bangladesh and The Southeast Asia region (comprising Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam).

  • Understand business offerings and mastering to be able to speak in depth about suite of services.
  • Liaise and build relationships with other client facing colleagues in the organisation to understand the sales cycle from marketing, prospecting, lead generation, qualification, scoping, conversion, delivery and client follow-up.

Devise and implement strategies for driving sales growth across the regions and manage end-to-end lead generation process
  • Generate significant pipeline growth through lead acquisition and sales initiatives by, Individual’s industry knowhow and connects, Leveraging internal client data, sales intelligence, and social media platforms, Researching and analysing market trends, including the competitive landscape to identify outreach opportunities with different sectors and buyers, Undertaking targeted marketing campaigns that can provide value and build trust with potential clients,
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecast to the business by continuously analysing leads quality and effectiveness.
  • Dynamically strategising the action to meet or exceed the individual sales target.
Who You Are
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial sales professional to drive business growth.
  • Candidate with minimum 5 years of overall experience of Consulting sales in multi-countries (of selling concepts, ideas & solutions).
  • Out of overall Sales experience, should have minimum 2 years of experience of selling of physical security risks & threat management solutions (Services/ Products).
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to operate independently in building a successful business pipeline.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English language
  • Exceptionally good in making techno-commercial proposals in MS words, presentations in MS Power point and business analysis in MS Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills and Strong presentation skills.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred).
