Analyst

We are looking Analyst for our clients Command Centre (embedded role on Mitkat) with minimum
of 2-5 years of experience, the job location is Pune and CTC shall be as per industrial standards.

 

Role: To supervise and manage operate all control room operations within the Control Room in a
professional & efficient manner and to ensure integrity, accuracy & confidentiality of all information
gained by compliance with quality standards & legislation, and in accordance with the company’s
systems and procedures

The individual will:

  • Monitor the external environment and generate periodic security reports/analysis/advisories as required.
  • Receive all distress and emergency calls from client’s employees/travelers/visitors and coordinate an appropriate emergency response.
  • Coordinate with ground staff to ensure quick resolution of events within a given time frame and to escalate to the Command Centre Head as required.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of various events which have occurred during the shift.
  • Take immediate action in case of serious events like fire, violence etc.
  • Work as directed by the Command Centre Head for process and quality improvements.
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned.

Qualification:

  • Post- Graduates with good communication and writing skills or Experienced professional ( 1-2 years) who have worked in Command Centre
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint applications
  • Experience : 1 - 2 Years
