Greece and Israel have agreed to increase their strategic defence partnerships after a meeting between Greek Defence Minister Nikos Dendias and Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz in Athens. The agreements include cooperation on anti-drone systems and cybersecurity. The agreements come less than a month after a trilateral meeting between Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides to increase joint air and naval exercises in the Mediterranean.
