Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is scheduled to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on 28 November. PM Orban stated he planned to discuss energy cooperation as well as peace efforts in Ukraine. The meeting is expected to focus on securing continued Russian oil and gas supplies to Hungary under favourable terms and reviewing nuclear energy projects, including the Russian-backed Paks II nuclear plant expansion.
