A combined suicide and gun attack targeted the Federal Constabulary (FC) headquarters in Peshawar on 24 November, resulting in the deaths of six people, including three security personnel and three assailants, and injuries to at least six civilians. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet. Authorities have cordoned off the area and begun an investigation into the attack. The attack comes less than two weeks after a suicide bombing attack in Islamabad that killed 12 people and underscores a persistent domestic security threat.
