On 04 November, a UPS flight crashed during take-off at the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport in Kentucky, United States, resulting in a fire that affected a petroleum recycling business and an auto parts business adjacent to the airport. The crash caused at least seven casualties and 11 injuries. Police have asked people in areas north of the Outer Loop to the Ohio River to shelter in place.
