Conduct of comprehensive risk audits across various domains of physical security.
Perform threat vulnerability risk analysis (TVRA) and penetration tests of client facilities.
Create high quality risk management reports involving data analysis and data representation using suitable graphics/ charts/ diagrams.
Stay updated on emerging trends in risk management and integrate them into training and operational methodologies.
Security Related Training
Design and deliver security-related training programs (GSOC/SOC Operations) tailored to client needs and embedded resources of MitKat at client sites.
Develop engaging training content, including manuals, presentations, and case studies as and when required.
Conduct workshops, tabletop exercises, and simulation exercises on security related projects for clients as per requirements.
Create high-quality content for training, and knowledge-sharing purposes.
Collaborate with the marketing team and design team to promote training programs and training related content creation
Management of Training MIS of MitKat.
Business Development
Provide coordination support to reporting manager for Business Development in domains of Training and Risk Consulting.
Identify opportunities for expanding security training and risk management services.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and propose customized solutions.
Operational Requirements
The job role may often require moving to places within India/ overseas for operational deliveries related to ‘Risk Assessments/Audits and ‘Conduct of Trainings’
Maintain thorough documentation and reporting standards for all engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in risk management, Security, or a related field from a reputed institute.
2+ years of experience in risk audits, security training, and physical security related roles.
Strong data analytics skills with expertise in MIS handling.
Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to engage in business development and client relationship management.
